Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including opened blind boxes, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at globeefun@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email globeefun@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to place a new order for the product you want and return the original item (if eligible).
